Only certain parts of the notification sentence is clickable?  The whole notification is not clickable.

Example:

You have received a PRIVATE MESSAGE from SLGRAY.

Green - Clickable

When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
Never post your email in public.

So this is only happening in mobile version?  Have you tried in classic version?
