How Do I Center My Background?

As you can see the background image for my forums is not centered.  I've tried searching through the Advanced Control Panel but can't find a way to do it.

Is there any way to center my Background Image?  If so, how?  Please help.

What exactly is not center?  I see two images on both sides of the forum.

My background is composed of a black center and bordered on its left and right sides by red banners.  The entire background is off-center as can be seen by the red banners.  It seems the background is left-aligned, with the right side of the background (and its red banner) going off-screen.  I want to center the background so the banners can be viewed in full on both sides of the screen.
