Viewing all post history

Just learned today that you can only go back so far when viewing all post of a member. Is there a control setting for this in the administration section that can be set and changed? Only showing like 300 post of a member.

There is no option that you can change.

So, does this mean it is what it is or, will you IT guys change that on the coding end? Many times we research on my board old post and not being able to find those for reference thru that feature of all post from a member kinda is a drag. TY
