Site is very slow! Empty Site is very slow!

I am having an issue where my site is very slow, in the past someone put a code in to my CSS Stylesheet that made the site move alot faster. I did not receive that code. If possible can a forumotion Moderator or an Administrator come over to the following site and help me out.
