[Only Topic] Banned members

First topic message reminder :

On my forum, one of my friends who is a moderator was at my house, and he was on his account and he banned a member for one day. Now, when I wanted to login on my admin account, it said I was banned, I couldn't even see any part of the site then!! I'm glad it's just for one day but can you help me ASAP!!

Read my post right above yours. Try clearing your cache and cookies and see if it lets you back in.

i cant log in my friend so how can do that when im out

Your cache and cookies are something associated with your browser. You don't need to be logged in to do that. What browser are you using firefox, or IE?

all people wich i have banned from my forum they can come and see wat 's on the portal .
one more thing who is aloud to do this i had 3 ip's banned and i logED IN

AND THERE ARE NO IP I HAVE BANNED . LONG TIME AGO

But the IP by neX no have in Banned List! and in user/usergroups too, no banned.... this member is total active.

Sometimes a glitch happens and ip addresses are added to the ban list without anyone putting them there.
It happened to one of my admins a while ago.

Something has happened because all the banned emails from my ban control have disappeared, also all the banned ip's have gone as well.

Since I had this problem this morning I decided to go check too. The IP address I banned last night isn't in the ban list anymore either. This is really strange.

When I was banned it says this

You have been banned from this forum!

Whenever a member is banned, not by IP, I get banned from the whole forum!

Hi there! I have the same problem here.. In my case, I registered at Ran Phoenix for the first time..But then,The window goes like this.. I tried to clean the cookies and also a disk clean up and restart my computer. But it's alway's be the same..Is there any idea resolving to this problem?
What should i do?Is there anything that could helped?Avoiding this problem.Thank you :nyuf:

It happens to me when a member is banned from my forum. Ask your moderators not to ban members and that should work.

I was posting a response on a forum and when I pushed send it delivered me to your website and now everytime i try to return to their website it no longer goes to them it comes straight to your website..Also, I was banned from awebsite for no apparent reason and now (5-days later) I can get to their website but it says "almost done-moving to a different server" Maintenance Mode...I am rather new to these forums and I dont know if I've done something wrong or not. Please help.

Hellow again..thanks DP for your advice..But how do i know who is the moderator?And how can i ask about not to banned the're members? I don't know how can i contact the moderator because,everytime i open the ran phoenix site they always said that i'm banned and it's critical condition.. I was shocked the first time i saw it,Because i did not do something wrong to their site..I was just meant to register and to be a member.. Is there another way not to be banned?

I'm not sure what we can do! Meanwhile we might have to just put up with it (which is very hard) while the techs try and fix it!

The banned emails and ip's have done a runner yet agn, is there work in progress that keeps resetting the banned section on the forums?

I am sure they are aware of it and working hard on it. The Techs generally do not reply in here unless they have a question or until it has been solved.

This is a major issue so I am sure it is on their highest priority list.

just change the IP [its available ido nt know how] and in any banned sites u kan enter!!
