I can't reset my founder password of my forum

Description of problem

I can't reset my founder password of my forum and this is my error.

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security

I searched and read many topics in this forum but i can't Inbox or PM for admin or staff because my account is not enought post to do that.

Hello

I have removed the security option that disallows you to reset your forum password. Now you can click on "I forgot my password"
