Logging in Issue

Hi everyone

I'm stuck.... help required for a dumbo like me, so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I started / created a forum a while ago, but have since forgotten my password.
I clicked the "forgotten password" link and entered the username and my email address but it has now come up that:  "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
