Description of problem

It seems that a few of our members have to log in every time they visit the site. They claim they haven't changed anything or deleted any cookies. They have the "keep me logged in" checked. Would there be any reason this only happens to a few?

Are they closing their browsers before trying to login again?

In case of they still getting this issue, try to clear browser's cache & cookies or do a hard reload by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R (Chromium) or Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Firefox) while opening the site
