Can i modify the code of my forum?

i wish to add some more stuff of my own in the code of my forum,for example my music player how can i do that? and if i cant could it possibly be something avaliable in the next updates?

My aim is to be able to add a music theme to my forum is it possible?

Also apart from that how can i change this background? http://prntscr.com/8h1s8k more freedom in our changes would be awesome...even if you give us the ability to modify code...please
