The Editor Tools Are Missing From The Full Message Editor!

Hello! I'm the owner of WiiWareWave a fairly successful video games press website hosted by forumotion. I noticed today that the advanced message editor no longer loads the toolbar above it. Normally I would give you guys my url, but that's not necessary as the issue is occurring on all forumotion hosted websites including this help forum! This problem is occurring on both the Wii U Browser and Google Chrome, it might not be an issue with other browsers, but it definitely is with those two.

I hope that you guys can fix this soon, but if not I understand as this sort of issue takes time to resolve! Thanks in advance!

It sounds like an issue with certain browsers.  Since it is a browser issue, you might need to update the browser.

Unfortunately my Wii U and cheap mobile device can only use their built-in browsers so I can't test that theory, however you are most likely correct @SLGray.

Could you please post a screenshot showing what is missing?

If your browsers are outdated, that is the most likely cause. However I'd like you to check two things :

1. Make sure JavaScript is enabled on your browser(s)
2. Check your home network to make sure you're not blocking anything from https://illiweb.com , especially https://illiweb.com/rs3/16/frm/SCEditor/src/jquery.sceditor.js
