Hi @smurfavr,
Go to you AP > Display > Templates > Posting & PMs > posting_body
find:
This is for the title. For the rest, I am not sure where these can be changed from.

<input type="text" name="username" maxlength="25" value="{USERNAME}" />

title="YOUR TEXT HERE"

Re: How to change the captions in another language?
Please Don't keep tagging a staff member some one will get back to you when they can work out how to do this.
making the change to your Templates is the better way around your problem as it will not slow your forum down making a change to all your text by CSS will fill your code box up and you will hit your limit

I do not quite understand what you said.
Re: How to change the captions in another language?
You keep tagging Ange Tuteur he is a really busy member of staff and he will get to you if and when he can there is no need to keep tagging Him.
as for your problem Using the CSS system to change Text to your own language can make things much more slower and you have a limit on the CSS files and making a change to all the text on your forum to your own language will soon fill up the limit and your site will become really slow
So making the change in your templates is better as its faster at getting read.
