How to send a Graphic request?

Is there a specific amount of days or amount of posts? I have tried for over an hour and tried multiple times and whenever it fails to send it says nothing of why I can't send which would be cool I they could add it.

When you press the new topic button what exactly happens?

Everything works. After I submit it it goes to a topic creation page with all the form and stuff in it. When it hit send it brings me back t the topic creation page.

Well mobile version did solve it kind of. I sent it on mobile version and it didn't let me BUT on the top it said "no external links..." since I am not 7 days old, so all I had to do was edit the link and it worked.

Something that could be added for the support forum is telling why the post won't send and this would be good for all the forums I think. I was clueless of what was happening for a good period of time and this has also happened on other forums for me. Thanks for you help SLGray!
