Tool Bar issues

How do I get my toold bar to display every like forumotions does? Because you guys also have the table on display. Basically everything, is there a code for this?

The screenshot of the one on the support forum is not the quick reply editor. By default all quick reply editors have the same buttons.
The extra ones you see on the support forum's quick reply editor are not default buttons. The emojis and Font Awesome buttons can be found in the Tips & Tricks section.
