Image appeared in place of a topic icon.

Hello,

An image has appeared overnight in place of a topic icon on our Topic Matureozchat X Files. The original image was linked to the address below, however that is not the original image, it seems it has been replaced.

This is the image it has been replaced with:



This is a concern as it can only be changed from the ACP by myself. I have checked the logs and according to those logs, no one apart from myself have accessed the ACP. Changing the image is not a problem, I have done that, but how it came to be there is.

I removed it and replaced it with the original image. Below is a screen shot of before I removed it.

It looks like there is/was an issue with the image host.  Where was this image hosted?

Hi SL, the image host is in my first post, tinypic, the link is there mate. An issue with the image site for sure, or a deliberate sick joke. Probably Homer Simpson himself!.... I will be changing the host site for my forum icons SL as a precautionary measure. Thank you for your reply mate. If you don't mind I will leave this topic open for another 24 hours, just in case?

This sometimes happens with image hosts. I have seen many forums, not just the ones hosted by Forumotion, where this has happened.
