The one slgray gave me this one
body.chatbox {         background-color: #000000 !important;        }

I think you are adding the codes wrong. Everything needs to be the same.

no just showing what code use just didnt show how slgray did it on here want me to show a picture how i did it ?

Yes, that might be useful.

Your background is a space too far to the right. It should be aligned with the period.

If that does not work, this should:
