Lost Admin password and email

This is the forum I am admin of http://spero.forumotion.com/ we have been trying to start it back up and I've recently switched computers, and I have no clue what my Admin email and password are anymore. I would appreciate some help from support in this matter, we would rather not make a new one.

The main issue is I dont know the name of the email we used to make the forum i guess

I still have the email but I cannot remember my login name somebody please help. I want to delete my forum but I cannot unless I have the login, right?
