Description of problem

Hello! I'm having an issue finding a coding skeleton for a staff widget that has hover images. I've found several archives on here that give coding options, but none of them seem to be working for my site. I'd like to have a staff widget similar to this, rounded images included (or is that just something I'll need to make myself? Not sure if it's a code or not).
