 How to setup Webmail 

Hello Forumotion Members Hello

The purpose of this tutorial is to help you set up your Webmail Email account in your Admin Control Panel.

 Note: Only the forums that have acquired one of the following packages  and a domain name via Forumotion benefit from this option.
 Forums that have an external domain name and done a redirection, CNAME, Don't have this feature.

 Admin Control Panel:
 Misc Tab   Mailboxes  Mailboxes Administration.

How To Create A New Email Address.

This is easy Press the create A mailbox button.
when you have pressed the button you will see the following screen.

1, Add the name you want (like Staff, Admin, or what ever you like)
2, Add the staff members name.
3, Add a password then retype the password again.
4, Then Save.

 You can make up to 10 new webmail addresses for you and your staff members.

Setting Up A Redirection

Click On Create A Redirection Button, You should then see the following screen.

1, Type a name I have used "TEST" for this but you can use anything you wish.
2, Type in your Email address you would like all your mail to go to.

 (This will be the Email address all the Emails will go to when you give the address out.)

3, Tick the box to make sure your new Redirect mail is going to be live.
4, Save.

Now any time some one sends a Email to

Code:: TEST@Forumotion.com

The Emails will really be sent to the Imtheboss address.

 You can make up to 10 Redirections but not using the same Email address as the first one.

Logging In To Your Webmail Account's

To log in to your webmail account Click on your link in your Admin page.
you will see the following screen.

Type in the Email address you made and then your password then press login.
