No break between the text.

Basically on my forum when you are within a thread it shows at the top the Catergories and Subforums that the thread is within. Originally it had a break between each part, but now no break occurs and the text is all together.

E.g.



I am going to show an example that this forum uses.



Basically how can I add a - or :: to break up between the categories and subcategories
