Cannot log into utilities

I cannot log into utilities. I have tried several times asking for help and was told to PM the Admin however I can't send a PM to that account. The original founder didn't log in for 6 months and I took over as Administrator.

I had to set up everything new because no one had the passwords to anything. Buttercup assisted me with the take over. I had to set up a new email, new passwords for the fourm, twitter etc, but when I try to log into utilities, it won't let me. I'm assuming because it's not the original email or password. The founder, who disappeared, originally created but like I said no one had passwords to anything.

I am now the Admin and it makes me very uncomfortable that I cannot log into utilities and have never been able to.

Please advise how we could resolve this issue.
