signature problem and editor problem

hi there
u have a couple of problems in my forum
so i just installed a ips design and i'm facing 2 problems
#1
the signature is just not right
it always go under the poster profile of the topic

so i need it to be after the topic regardless of the poster info
and there was a topic in the forum for show/hide signature button
so if any1 knows where it is post the link plz

the editor is just not right when i press on the new topic button
nd i need to place the smileys box under the editor and make the editor's size as wide as possible
as there's a blank space on the left

i managed somehow to put the smileys box under the editor

all left is how to maximize the editor size and disable widgets in the topic creation page
