Edit post issue

My moderator is having a problem that just came up yesterday, whenever she edits her topics she has to answer a captcha before it will send.
This is the first time she has ever had this problem . Screenshot attached..

Was your moderator performing ALOT of moderation actions back to back or anything like that? If so, that maybe could have triggered that.

What happened with your Moderator getting a captcha box, is quite simply part of our anti spam system, if the system detects alot of excessive, repeative or else otherwise 'un usual' actions or things happening repeatedly or back go back in a short period of time, the system could trigger this and make you put in a captcha to make sure your not a spambot just sneaking around the forums. It has happened to me atleast once before, it is not a bad thing or anything like. Just fill in the captcha (correctly) and continue with what you were doing before, hopefully message wont be triggered again for a long long time .

making more then 10 edits or working to fast for our system can give this same problem ask your staff member to log out and refresh there browser Clear there Browser cache then log back in again.

The problem will the go away.

Our system things the account may have been took over by a Bot or something so it kicks in a safety system.

I have the same problem on my forum, not just when I'm trying modify the posts, but also when i'm trying to send a new one (bigger than A4 page in word), and don't add the signature either. If I send few words it send it normally... I'm the admin, and I'm not change anything on admin page, yesterday night it works normally, but now not.
