How to make a Clickable picture rotation

How would we make a clickable picture rotation for the home page of mine.
like one big box with one picture... with a < arrow and an > arrow , when u click the > arrow ittl rotate that way with a diffrent clickable picture...

So you want the arrows to be clickable, and when you click them, the image rotates?

yes and the img'es to be clickable as well
And kinda like this..
the img rotates in the inside and u can put like downloadable wallpapers and announcements and stuff.

You should try to use Nivo Slider, but it doesn't have download button :v
