Description of problem

Hello, I've just noticed that my forum does not work. The message says the following: "www.fxsforexsrbijaforum.com didn’t send any data."
"ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"

I don't know if there is a maintenance since I did not get any announcement about it, so I am writing here about my problem and to solve it as soon as possible.

No I don't think it is linked, first of all we have launched the mobile version a week ago and not yesterday. It must be an update of wii software or I don't know but the images are blocked on their side, probably because they are identifies as dangerous but they are not. I will contact the tech but probably our best solution is to see with the Wii support.

Nope there's been no updates and they can't block images on their browser. You need to stop deflecting the issues, some of us are clearly having problems and it looks like you guys don't plan on fixing it. My case proves there's an issue because it disproves your theory. I apologize for being a little snarky, but it feels like I'm talking to a brick wall here.

Do you have JavaScripts, modified templates, etc.?  Try turning those off and see if the issues disappear.

Is ths happening on all devices?

I do, but this very issue is also affecting the admin panel which can't be edited. Also yes, the fact that literally nobody has been able to sign in since yesterday morning pretty much proves that it's affecting multiple browsers/devices. This issue has been happening for about a week, but yesterday the issue crippled the ability for people to sign in, our moderation tools, and our administration panel...

Hello!
Many of my user said the forum won't load of them (but not just our, any forumotion forum won't loading). They have all the same service provider (T-Home, hungarian provider). This is not a temporary bug now, few ppl can't open in the whole weekend,
What is the solution in this case? We need to write to T-Home, or you can do anything?

We have the same problem. Some of our ppl can't connect to the site, the problem occured yesterday. (I can see everything perfectly)

Same problem here, some of the members are unable to load the login screen.
Could this be some kind of regional issue? Just because we (me+the last two entries) are from Hungary.

When the problem appeared : 03. 10. 2016. (But probably earlier, they just thought there is some maintainance or so.)

The hvg.hu posted an article, it's the Telekom's/T-Home's fault, and they working on the soluliton.

Edit: so... I don't think forumotion staff can help in this case
