New User Email Message
Hello
When a new member joins our forum I receive this email notification.
I am all of a sudden receiving that message, along with this message when a new member joins.
When I "click here" I get this message:
The log in screen shows up, but the message says this.
How can I delete the process of activating the account?

The account owned by "MrsSmith" has been deactivated or newly created, you should check the details of this user (if required) and activate it using the following link:
Click here
When I "click here" I get this message:

The account has now been activated
How can I delete the process of activating the account?

Have you checked to see how the settings are set for registration process: AP > Users & Groups > Users > Users Options?
Forumotion has added a system to keep our forums safe. It changes the settings for registration when your forum is less active.

I checked, it was set to Admin. I did not change that, it must be the new feature?
As and FYI my forum is very active. I'm not sure if it automatically changed it with the new feature or not.

It is not a new feature. It has been around for a while.
