cannot get back my own forum (forumotion.com)

Dear Community,

i tryed to restore my forum using the tools https://www.forumotion.com/utils
i can successfully login using my mail and pw but once i tryed to restore it tells me,
THE FORUM HOSTMARCEL.FORUMOTION.COM DOESN'T EXIST

am i doing something wrong? or has the link been changed?
i know if i go to hostmarcel.highforum.net it works but.. i have lost access to that forum..

please any help?

Do you still have the emails you get when you created the forum?  If yes, check to make sure that the link is correct.

If no, send the email you used to create the forum to me by private message.

Hello There,

I have just tried your forum link and it displayed the exact same error page. Are you absolutely sure that is your site's domain name?

Trying the second link given it works, is that ran by forumotion. In what terms of what do you mean you have lost access to it?
