Some users can't register

Description of problem

Hey everyone!

My forum have a problem. Some users can't register because a error says that the username is already been taken but this isn't true. My forum is new. I hope anyone can help me. Thanks!

But this is already selected as "No".

Did you check this:  AP > Users & Groups > Users > Inactive List?

Wow! Thank you! There was 7 users. Is there any way to deactivate inactive users?

What do you mean by deactivate?

I mean if a user is inactive then will nohting happend.

An account has been created, but is not active.

It means that the username is considered active which means no new members can use that username.

It also can affect the log in process.  The account is not considered active. 

You should check the list often.  There are many causes of accounts being added to the inactive list.
