I can not post new topic in the forum using widget news

I can not post new topic in the box is used in the widget news. Although I use the admin account.
When posting a new thread, I get the message:

You do not post in that widget. You pick a forum that will show new topics from that section.

But the new members registration still post new topic in the forum

I really do not understand what the issue is. Are you having trouble posting in the forum that you picked for the news widget?
