Domain Name Expired
Hi there.
I'm trying to renew a domain name, but I didn't have enough cash/credits back when the domain name was expiring, but I do now. And as it is, its expired, but I'm not able to renew it even though I've bought more credits now. Can anyone help me out with this issue, or am I stuck not being able to get the domain name back?

Re: Domain Name Expired
Quite a while ago, actually. I got an email that said it'd expire on 2015-12-31. I didnt have the credits at time, nor really the need to renew it either at the time, so I didnt think much of letting it expire. Had no idea it'd lead to these issues =/

Almost a year, yep. Should add though that if I try to go to the domain itself, it doesn't show anything to make it seem as though its being used.
Re: Domain Name Expired
Do you think there's a way to fix it, even though its been such a long time? Or am I stuck not being able to use it again?
Re: Domain Name Expired
Sorry, but we have no control over the availability of domain names.

Re: Domain Name Expired
Sorry but the domain name is used by someone else that's why you can't get it again. You will have to get a new name and make sure you update it within 24 Days of the date it ran out as we only save the data for a set time then go daddy takes it back and sells it again.
