Theme has Semi-Transparent Images Empty Theme has Semi-Transparent Images

I really like the theme I am using but for some reason all images posted end up being semi-transparent, even the logo. Where in the templates would I go to fix that and make images 100% opaque?

Exactly when I tested the theme, the images were not transparent, but when you hover over them with the cursor, they turn grayish.
