Allow only topic starter to see the replies?

Hello,
Just a question. Is it possible to create a code that allows only the topic starter to read the replies of a topic for a given time period? So for other members the posts would say "Hidden, only the topic starter is entitled to read the reply". After a week or so the replies could be readable by everyone, but till that they'd remain hidden.
Is it possible to tweak the [ hide ] code like this?
