Add a img link input when posting send it added textarea

If I am understanding this correctly, you could not do this unless your browser can do this, too. You will be getting the image's URL from somewhere else.

Okay, so you have the ADD input img as a field, you place an image there, and it inserts it into the text editor, which is undesired, correct?

You want it to be an image displayed how? On the topics list, on the topic page, etc.? Exactly what does this functionality need to do to be successful? Either answer such questions or show your forum URL and I will take a close look.

I need a jquery so when to place the image path in the description, when posting it will show at the bottom of the article
