Can you change the browser title?

Description of problem

I was wondering if there's a way to change the title of the forums (the title as its seen when in the top of the browser). Sorry I don't know exactly what this is called, but I've attached a screen-shot with my mouse hovered over the tab so you know what I'm talking about.
