Scrolled background

Hello! I have a problem with backround. In my case, everything is okay, but my friends are having some bugs. When the site is loaded, all is good and dundy, but when you're scrolling down, the background of the forum is scrolling too.

I've tried changing the CSS code but the problem is still there. Is there anyone that could help?

Are the ones having this issue using a certain device?

I also don't see the same thing I only get a problem with your background takes about 35 sec to show my end and I'm running really fast internet.

I clicked on your forum and I see what you mean but it only lasted a few seconds before it corrected itself. I checked your CSS and you have something that isn't a valid property. Remove this.

That may help from it being delayed.

I've figured it out myself. The thing responsible for this mess was music player. I don't know why, but after deleting it the backgroud is working again.
