Solved need a bit of help with lost content

Greetings, i had one of my members do a slap in the face to me and remove some content they put up that i did not want removed, i was wondering if there is a way to go back one day to recover lost topics and things. i already did the last back up but it only backs up things like layout theme and graphics and not content, is there a way to fully put the forum as a whole back one day in reguards to the content or is the junk they removed just have to be redone and go from there.

i already did the full restore but the content was not recovered, the restore was set all the way back to the 9th and the content was not resotred the only things that was affected was the theams graphics and images and things, but all content and threads are the exact same
