Founder Rights Transfer

I am an Admin on a forum and our Founder is no longer with us, having left our forum for almost four years. She had changed her email address to a non-existent one before leaving, so I have no means of contacting her.

I'm asking if it possibly for the Founder rights to be transferred to me, so I'm able to do things like changing the domain name of my forum.

Hello @NnIR if you have not already done so you can PM me with the following info.

URL of the site you want to take over:
Screen shot of the Admin / founder account: (with date last logged in)
New Email address you want to use: (This must be a new Emil never used on FM forum before)
Email address of the old founder:

You then have to make a post on that forum asking your members and any staff you have if they are happy for you to take over the founders account.

If your forum has no members that log in then that's fine I can take a look at the forum and ask for the head office to make up their own minds if you can have it or not.

This must be All sent to me by PM only not in the public forum.

Our head office will deal with your request as soon as they can but it will not be tonight as the office is now closed until tomorrow.

Hello @NnIR I have got word back from my head office about you taking over the founders account.

Please Note we can't find a thread made in the public forum saying that your members and staff are happy with you taking over as founder.

You have them in a PM and we can't read them. You MUST have this info from you to your members and staff so we can see it when we look on your forum.

Please make a thread on the main forum and then get them to post there and then link me to it.

Also we have seen that you have a Admin on the forum but not the founder ? who is this user >> http://nnir.forumotion.com/u37

Please reply as soon as you can with the things I have asked for then I can report back.

Good news I have done your founder change for you and we have sent you a new password to the new Email address you gave me.

NOTE:
username: Admin
Password : in your Email address.

you must type the new password in the box not copy and paste it and it must be the same as it looks in your Email.
