[Only Topic] Technical maintenance on Forumotion domains.

Hello,

For information, since early March 2018, we have started technical maintenance on some Forumotion base domaion names.

In order to guarantee the availability and the stability of the forums which these domains enter in the composition of their Internet addresses, we will carry out a transfer of these forums on the default language domain of the forum (For example: Forumotion.com if the forum default language is English, serbianforum.info if the forum default language is Serbian,...etc) or other domains when the chosen final URL is not available.

Here is the list of concerned domains for the month of March 2018. (This list is not exhaustive and will evolve every month throughout 2018).

Note that forums having a personalized domain name acquired via Forumotion and having forced the URL redirection will not be affected by this transfer which will be completely transparent.

As a reminder, if for one reason or another you no longer find your forum URL, you can follow the following steps:

You have to connect to your founder tools using your foundation email address and your foundation password
Go to the "direct connection" tab
Fill in your founder username and your forum password

Then you end up on the forum admin panel without needing to know his new address Wink

Hi, yes, it is. Thanks! It did redirect to the domain of that name before, but the domain didn't work. Now it does.

It appears my Forum has stopped working because of what was mentioned in the original post.

I have an external Domain name attached to my site through GoDaddy, however it is still not working.

The real issue is this... I cant remember my email address I used as the Founder's email address. I am the Founder. I know my Password. I tried to use the utility to get my new Web Address (my old one was a 4umer.net address), but i cant access it without my email. I cant PM a staff member for help recovering my Email address because I havent reached the amount of post's required.

Help?
