Forumotion Privacy Policy

Hello all,
I'm currently developing a forum for a group at my school. What is the age policy for a forum made in Forumotion? I know that I will probably be held responsible for anything that happens.

We have a limmit inplace for any one older than 13 years of age.

All Founders and staff members are responsible to make sure they keep an eye on this

But it is really hard to make sure all your members are older then 13 years old as some will lie about the age and you can not ask for proof of ID so really you can't be 100% sure how old some one is unless you know then.

Okay, what are conditions of the limit? My forum will only be used by people at my school, if it's a matter of privacy. No outsiders can create an account or contact the members in any way.
