I tried to make rewards according to this tutorial - https://help.forumotion.com/t155075-profile-awards-with-hover-over-names#1065666
But in my profile fields don't work BBCode and HTML.
I made additional fields for tests and BBcode not work in any of them.

Did you be sure that you made the field is a textbox field?

Ah, you're right, the type was set to "Text field".
