Hi. I have a problem with registering a new user. It seems to me that all the sub-points are well-positioned, and yet I get the message: "Administrators have forbidden any new members".

your images are not viewable please use servimg button to upload images
the forum has ssl certificate https so images with http are not viewable

go to admin panel..genaral.forum.configuration..
