Description of problem

Dear all,

For the first time I am trying to create a forum design using Invision version. As you can see from the screenshot attached, I have moved navigation bar to the top of the page (using css and changing overall_header template) and it just so happens that now the header is covering forum logo. So my question is is it possible to move forum logo a little bit lower so that the header wouldn't cover it? The logo moves a bit when the toolbar is opened, but that is still not enough.
I will be really grateful for everyone who might have any suggestions for this problem.
