Forum & Servimg Issues
Hello!
I can not connect to my forums. It gives an error: 102503
I heard that such an error occurs in many users of this service, and there are people who for three years cannot log in to their forums.
Where there is no guarantee that if I pay for several forums a year, I will not get such a surprise as a result?
I can't even go to the tech support forums!
Now I managed to do it simply, but such a chance fell over time.
This is an explanation? ....
Made only topic by APE

Re: Forum & Servimg Issues
I am having the same problem with Admin panel. The forum is ok, but I get the same error when I try to log into the Admin panel.

When I try to enter the admin panel, I get an error 500
That's cool...
No admin control panel?
Okay. I'm having a problem not being able to see my admin control panel. When I click on "administration panel" at the bottom of the index page, it doesn't take me to the admin control panel. It just takes me to a blank page and just sits there.
Re: Forum & Servimg Issues
Add "Host an Image" to the problems. Server error when trying to upload a picture.
Re: Forum & Servimg Issues
On Chrome, i also have error 500 and Servimg give me this
- Code:
Error
Cannot obtain db informations 1
Re: Forum & Servimg Issues
In chrome, at least the site can be opened after 20 attempts ...
In mozilla produces this:
Firefox wrote:Connection attempt failed
Firefox cannot connect to the server 4enris.profiforum.ru.
Temporarily unavailable or overloaded with requests. Wait a while and try again.
If you can’t upload your pages, check your Internet connection settings.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy server, make sure that Firefox is allowed to access the Internet.
and no way to enter.
At first I thought it depended on the region, but as it turned out, no. No access from different countries.
Re: Forum & Servimg Issues
Same happened today here in Lithuania. Now we have access to our forums, but some of the images doesn't appear. Also I can't get to my ACP, it gives me a blank page instead.
Re: Forum & Servimg Issues

The forum is still operating without any issues.
Thank you for your report.
There is no need to keep reporting this here unless you have something new to add.
Our tech team are working on this right now.
We do not have a Estimated fix time as of yet sorry.
my advice is not to even try and change anything on your ACP until you get news back from us here.

Hi the forum seems to be working now but I still have no access to the admin panel
I am a little bit disappointed that (without error on my part) there appears to be no explanation anywhere for this outage ??
Thankyou I am sure you are all doing what you can to sort this
But nothing on your FB page

Hello and first of all welcome to the English support forum.
Last night we had some problems with some of our servers so this could be related to that https://help.forumotion.com/t157630-only-topic-forum-servimg-issues Please try and clear your browser cache and cookies and see if your problem is still there.
Also take screen shots of the posts that have been mixed up and any other info you may have to hand.
link us to the threads with the problems so we can run tests on your forum also.

Please don't try and do a backup of the messages as this is one of the problems reported.
I have merged this topic as i think it's the same problem

Re: Forum & Servimg Issues
As my forum is an RP, currently when I log in as one character, then log out and use a different one, the other character name shows up as if they're still logged in when not, any ideas why that happens?
Re: Forum & Servimg Issues
I am sorry but we are having big problems right now and this is most likely to do with our problem's My advice is not to do anything and leave it for now and just keep an eye on this thread until we fix it.Bellatrix Twist wrote:As my forum is an RP, currently when I log in as one character, then log out and use a different one, the other character name shows up as if they're still logged in when not, any ideas why that happens?
making post like this is not really any help to you or us right now.
Just think about it before posting.
A full list of bugs is listed in the first post as they come in and get fixed.
I would tell your members not to even post on your forum until it is fixed.
