Other people can't reach my forum?

I gave the link of my forum (werewolves.forumotion.com) to someone on the internet but he got an error message:
"The page isn’t redirecting properly
An error occurred during a connection to werewolves.forumotion.com"
But I can reach my forum fine by the URL above.
I don't know if it's his webbrowser or if there's another problem...

For this I have tested it and it works for me so it may be something with the other person's browser. Try having them use a different device or browser. They can even try to clear the cache and cookies on their browser to see if that works. An easy way to clear the cache and cookies on all browsers except Safari is to press Shift + Ctrl + Delete. This will bring up a window for you to clear the browsers cache and cookies.

Have you gave him a correct url?
It happened to me a few times before on some of forumotions forums but it lasts only for a short time before you can access it. I don't know what is bug but ask him to try again and screenshot problem if he is still not able to access your forum.

Hello i have also tested this address with no problems on all browsers.

It maybe that the member has limits use on forum addresses.

I know that china has limits on sites and some others do to.

but i feel this problem is down to the way your member / friend has added the address it's self.
ask them to click on the link http://werewolves.forumotion.com
