In progress I forgot my forum passworld

I forgot my forum password. I'm a founder and the password reminder option doesn't work. I looked through the instructions before I asked the question. I am the founder of the forum. I don't remember my password and can't log in even through the security link. My problems is: "You have lost the founder utilities password".
