Delete a user

I got a spammer who joined and I banned them but can't delete their account. I haven't had to do this is long time and i forgot.

AP > Users & Groups > Users
Search for the member you want to delete.
Click the username.
Scroll down the page (profile)and check the box for delete the user.
Click the save button.
