Advanced package renewal
First topic message reminder :
Hi my package expired. It was for a year. I renewed an advanced package including removal of ads for members and guests on a monthly paypal subscription. It still shows as being on the free package. I have checked paypay and the subscription is set up.
How long will it be until it takes effect please?
Right now obviously my domain address is also not being used as well as the adverts.

@JaneDoe,
I am glad to hear that it will be ok for you. So the 1000 credits will be refunded, indeed. Our system administrator says that it will be done during the day (not possible to do it immediately, but it should be done today).
I completely understand what it feels like to pay for a service and to be told that the payment has not been made. So thank you for your patience.
I'll get back to you as soon as the refund is made, so that you can repeat the order.

Your payments have been refunded, but the technician is making some operation on your forum in order to avoid any problem.
