Domain name renewal

Hello, I purchased a domain name renewal on December 20th. I still get the following notification "Your domain name has now expired. You still have the possibility to renew for one year during the next 9 days by going to "Credits management" at the "Misc" tab." and my webmail does not work, while the forum still displays the paid address.

Should I be worried or it is just taking its time to go through? In the domain name section it tells me this: "Your domain name makemysimsreal.com renewal is in process."
