Domain renewal

Hi,
i have problem with domain name renewal this year. Domain is nfl-fans-serbia.com (now http://nfl-fans-serbia.forumotion.com)
Every year we got free domain name renewal offer because of our activity, but this year i couldn't find it in administration panel?We are active, our forum has 3770 activity points and founded in 2009. We have a lot of active members and daily posts. We are one of the oldest active forums. Could you please help? Because we have 8 days to renew it otherwise it will expire.

I'm fully aware of the system and how it works
But i would like to get in contact with administrator or technician concerning this issue ( or if it is easier via PM), because I know we're active on the same level as always

Sadly this free domain is not always on offer to you it is done at random and we like to give this to others to make it fair to others We understand your forum is still really busy and that is great but others do have the right to this free offer on their forums.

My advice:
pay for a package and then pay for for the domain your self or start letting your members know your old address so you don't loose your members.

I would like to thank you, skouliki and especially @APE for understading our situation and all the reasons described in PM in this short period of time and sorry if bothered you. We are very thankful for oppurunity you gave us all this years to have place we could socialise online, place that became part of everyday life for us. We very much appriciate this decision as recognition for our loyalty, and it was honor to be part of Forumotion for this past 10 years. We will remember and share how considerate you deal with your customers and their needs.
