my old forum suddenly reappeared on forumotion

Today, just by browsing i stumbbled upon my old forum which i have closed and made unavailable since 2015
Given that i 'm the only one with administrator status it came as surprise, since when i asked here some years ago if i could revive it, the answer was no.

Furthermore i don't remember my codes and it will not send them to my e-mail because i have check it not to, in the admin panel.

Because i t has been years since i have not been in touch, to whom should i send message to make my forum unavailable to the public again? And Also to gain access to it
