This is disturbing, why are we seeing these ads!

Sorry if this is the wrong place, I see no other thread that wold be better.

I noticed last night while working on one of the forums I manage, that ads are showing up with vividlly explicit pictures of penises.
Completely unacceptible. Why are these ads showing. I realise I can stop them if I pay for removing ads, but hey. I already pay you guys for a couple of these forums, and can not afford to keep paying for more of them.
I get the fact that you make money off these ads, but don't you monitor what kind of ads are acceptible.

Just because one has a free forum, they should not be afriad to have people see ads when they visit and try to sign up. I am talking porn level explicit, regardless that they are disguised as "medical" help.

I run several forums for myself and some other people, the one I saw last night was paganknot.forumotion.com and I am seeing it on creativedigidiva.forumotion.com, and I bet if I went incognito to any of the others that are not paid forums, I would see the same. Disturbing.



I now know why some would be members have said no way to joining, this s*cks, no pun intended!
What can be done about this, besides telling folks to pay to remove the ads.

I see why your would think this is a pick of penises but you are mistaken it is a Finger not what you think it is 
I have seen this ad on my test forum lots of times The ad is about some sort of cream / vaseline with a finger not anything else.

now that you say this, I can see it is not what it looks like, but mind you I am not the only one who has mentioned this. Someone told me this several weeks ago, and I could not see it because of my ad blocker. The only reason I noticed yesterday, was because I went incognito to check something I had changed on one of the sites from the non members view.... shocking. You say you can see why I thought that, maybe wonder how many others think that too. It worries me all the same, not to mention it's caption sounds a little too misleading.... or is it, I am not clicking to find out lol.

Well, the description does not really refer to a sexual issue.  I did click the ad, and it was about a male sexual issue.

if you can please get the following we will see if we can get it removed.

1, URL of the ad's when you click on it. "Post the URL in a code tag here."

We will then pass this on to our head office and ask for that ad to be removed from our ads host.

but just so you know, it is on all the forums I manage that are not paid, and also some I frequent, I checked yesterday. I don't know if that matters or not.

WOW I did not realise I had an older forum linked to me here, as well as a couple social links that are no longer working lol... I will have to fix that.

I will also have to remove an old code from the one you say is linked, because it is stopping the pages from loading fully, (Skysa, have no bludy clue what happened to them).

OK, the 2 below as you can see in the previous pic, sit side by side of eachother and both have different urls, I hope this is what you meant.
They both came from the Paganknot site mentioned in the OP.

If you want me to send more url codes from other sites as I look for them just say so, otherwise I hope this can help get these ads off your account altogether. Lots of these forums are run by work at home moms, and have age limits of 16 and above, and some are actually religious, so you can just imagine lol.

I am a member of, or an admin/mod at numerous forums here, some for years. The 2 quoted below are the recent ones I found this on. I only see these things when I remove my blocker, (which I know not many people even bother to use now a days) and in many cases, when using incognito, as I do both remove the blocker or go Incog when I am designing webpages etc... I just had not had a need to do so on any of the forums until recently. I had been getting a lot, lots and lots, of spam sign ups in the paganknot forum over the last couple months, and was in the process of redesigning and removing the ability to sign up temporarily, when I discovered the ads 3 days ago.

I am involved one way or another with at least 20 of your forums, only a couple which are paid where I don't see the ads, but since I don't have the time to search up every one of them as I run several businesses and am already behind, the 2 I originally stated in the quote below are 2 of them I see them on now. The pic I added is from paganknot, but I see it on the other as well.

We need the URL of the forum or we will find it hard to link our team to the ad's them self. it don't matter if the forum is yours or not we just need to see the ad's our self. I would not ask if i did not need them.
